Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, so you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item needs to be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Please also have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
To start a return, simply reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll guide you through the process. Once approved, we’ll provide all the details you need to return the item. Please make sure to contact us before sending anything back, as items returned without prior approval can’t be accepted. If you're outside the UK, just keep in mind that shipping might take a bit longer.

Damage/Issues
We want you to be happy with your order! Please inspect your item when it arrives and let us know right away if it’s damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.
Unfortunately, certain items, like custom or personalized products, can’t be returned. But if you have any concerns about your specific order, please reach out to us—we’re happy to help!
Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item first. Once we approve your return, you can place a new order for the item you want.
EU Customers: 3-Day Cooling Off Period
If you’re in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days, no questions asked. As with other returns, the item must be in the same condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved. If it’s approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Just keep in mind that it might take your bank or credit card company a bit of time to process it as well.
