Delivery and processing:
Although we aim to have all of our items ready to ship, as we are a small business often our jewellery is made to order. This helps us to keep on top of stock and as a bonus, it reduces waste. In these cases, processing time is usually between 1 and 5 working days so please allow a little extra time for your order. If you need your order in a rush don't hesitate to let us know, as we can normally work on a quick turnaround if required!
Ready to ship items will be dispatched within in 2 working days, but often we get them in the post the same day!
All items are posted via Royal Mail 48hr tracked. If you pop your phone number/email on your order, we'll add that to your tracking so you can keep an eye on it. If you require faster, secure delivery, please add a delivery upgrade to your order. We can also use other couriers if you'd prefer, so please let us know!
